Instead of reforming CSS or other things, FPSC needs to reform itself first.

They have no concerns about candidates whether people are getting disappointed and unemployed. They are just busy in pleasing one another. It has been ages since I gave exam but no new from them yet.

you picked up very genuine point, which I was also identified. to prove that go to any recommendation for any position you will mostly see top candidates not in terms of market he/she gained but it will be as per their roll number. If 1000 candidates applied and they want to shortlist 100 candidates, they will from roll number 0001 to 0100.

I hope that clears what everyone might be wondering. No doubt there must be many candidates who are well qualified but they get rejected because of this.

FPSC has no competency based criteria, to save tome they pick firs in line candidates who have atleast cleared the exam.

NAB has recently raided Sindh Public Service Commission's office for corruption/malpractices matters. Can FPSC cases where inordinate delay has been caused be referred to NAB? What authority will do the accountability of FPSC or should FPSC be left unbridled to deepen wounds of the already distressed jobless populace?

NAB's integrity is itself questionable.

The result is not coming in near future .. This was told to me by a person in fpsc today, ivisited fpsc today it has always been a haunting place

Here, What I believe to send condemnation Letter to FPSC Office Islamabad in order to let them to know intensity of awaiting result Of IIR by Candidates. I'm going to do. Will you join me for yourselves?
