they will take almost 3 months to start interview process. because after written result, they will ask to send documents within 15 days, and after this they take approximately 1 and half month for varification of these documents. after this FPSC will upload preselected list of candidates. then interview process will start after one month atleast.

They advertised over six seventy Senior Auditor posts back in July, 2014 and announced the result in March, 2014 i.e. after the expiry of 8 months. 11 months have passed since they advertised 198 Inland Revenue Inspector posts and the result is still awaited as usual. The number of applications received could be about the same in both said cases, because four batches were made in either cases. FPSC has indeed delayed the result of Inland Revenue Inspector (even beyond its usual sluggishness), meaning to say, FPSC has marvellously broken its own record of laziness in the case of Inland Revenue Inspector result and it is getting pathetic now.

so they announced the results even before advertising the jobs and conducting an exam for it, that was fast man I mean really fast

I know it was a typo, he surely meant March 2015, I was just kidding my friend, anyways as far as the IRS result is concerned I think either they have already hired people for the said post on the basis of nepotism off course or they have forgotten that they conducted an exam for IRS and the results are yet to be declared

Currently FPSC is serving as a benchmark of lethargy and laziness for all federal institutions which is a shame.

If 40,000 ~ people appeared for the test, that equals 40,000 x Rs. 300 (per candidate) = Rs. 12,000,000 in total.

That's quite a lot of revenue to just 'forget about' ;D. Challo, let's see what will be done in due time.
