Yeah everybody should complain on these IDs as these practices of delaying is going in contrast to the Recruitment policy 2014 which clearly states that the maximum period between advertisement and issuance of the offer letters be 60 days. Unfortunately more than 60 days have passed by now but not even a call for interview has been made. Every aspirant who has cleared the test should register it's complain.
