Firstly, they take comuter test in MS Word software. You have to make tables and write some given text in five minutes. Subsequently, interview is conducted for each candidate. Overall theme of interview, as I experienced, was general with scarce touch to GK.

Hmmm it seems quite unusual and interesting that no usual typing test conducted!!!!

Brother how many people were in the interview panel? were they belong to Army or civilian?

Did they mention what will be the next procedure after today and when possibly the final joining??
How many candidates were called for interview today, and will there be second day of interview for the same post???

bhai iska matlab ha k jaisa aam tore par typing test hota ha k 5 minute ma typing master ya kisi ore software typing tutor ma typing karni hoti ha ore woh apki typing speed check kartay hain woh wala test nai tha

apka phir kya khayal ha k sahi jawab diyay ap nay ? ore interview apka acha ho gaya ya nahi ?

eik ore last question k ap apnay sath saray documents lay kar gay thay ?

unho nay phir documents daikhay thay ya nahi daikhay ? check kiyay thay ya nahi ?

ore interview lenay walay eik candidate ka interview kitnay minutes ma kar rahay thay? andazan kitnay minutes ka interview kartay hain yeh log

They took cursory glance at documents, I reckon the batch was around 40 to 50 candidates. And one more thing --- my interview went flop

What did they ask which made it look like a flop interview?

May I know your qualification brother?
