I was appeared in interview for the post of Assistant on 28th April 2015 at Malir Cantt, Karachi. There were 2 x interviewers who conduct the interviews, one was Brigadier and one was Lt. Colonel but they were not in uniforms. The interviewer asked about my qualification and asked about my working experience. After that he tell me that you are suitable for this job and I am offering you this job but you have to know that the salary is too low for this post i.e. Rs 19,000/- including all allowances & no accomodation will be provided to out station candidates and after counting your Govt service the salary will be Rs. 26,000/- and the posting is in Admin & Maintenance Dte, GHQ, Rawalpindi. He told me that if you are interested then tell me now so I will send you the appointment letter within a week. But I refused to accept this offer because my salary is already much higher then this offer and many other benefits.

how could they say that salary is 19000 p.m. In post advertisement salary is mentioed 26300 p.m

Rs.26,300/- is not a salary mentioned in advertisement, this is basic pay scale 14 and 26,300 is a last stage of that scale.
