What's wrong with NPGCL ?

So much delay in finalizing recruitment of Junior Engineer Electrical.

Someone should contact HR department of NPGCL regarding delay in final selection and inform all candidates through this forum.

I contacted them on Thursday and the person informed that jobs are banned by ministry because of privatization of npgcl. They have written a letter regarding this recruitment. The reply from ministry is waited and until then the process is stoped.

Assalam-o-Alaikum
Respected Sir,

In the first week of March NPGCL (Northern Power Generation Company) advertised for vacancies of Junior Engineer (Electrical/Electronics) alongwith other posts. After that technical test for this post took place on 24-May-2015 by NTS. Then interviews for this post were held at NPGCL Muzafargarh from 06-July-2015 to 15-July-2015.

Now at the moment, almost five months (149 days) have been passed since last day of interviews but the appointment letters have not yet been dispatched.

Kindly, utilize your resources to issue appointment letters

how can they cancelled? its major problem, we are facing after graduation. there is non availability of jobs, by chance job announce and it will cancelled.

Its more than six months (186 days) since last day of interviews.

This huge time duration shows that there is definitely a big problem on NPGCL side e.g. I heard that the children of several officers of NPGCL were not able to clear the test and hence were not able to reach to the interview.
