Default Process of extension for PhD in China for those who made agreement with IPC
Dear members,
Please tell me the process of extension for csc scholarship. as university asked me to provide agreement or approval from Embassy to continue my studies, and extend one more year scholarship.

Please help. how I can do this from Embassy? How can IPC extends my time period.
