Yes there is separate quota for every province. Merit cutoffs are different for all provinces based on performance of candidates in that province. Highest merit cutoff is mostly for Punjab.

Someone already mentioned here that having an offer letter from a university in the UK would increase one's chances of getting the scholarship. So does anyone know if we can apply to any program/university of our choice? Or is there a list of selected universities which the commission entertains?

Also, I scored 81 on the test, what are the chances?

They have uploaded the marks/result only. How long will they take to upload merit list?

I think you can apply to any program in any university of your choice.

That takes some time and I am not really sure merit list is uploaded. They just contact the short listed candidates.

I got 82 in official. Yes IPC never uploads merit list. Mahi, what did you score sister? For me, its game over
