There isn't any subject wise category. Candidates are nominated only on marks as per provincial quota. Cut off marks for Sindh Rural were 81 and I think for Sindh Urban were 87.

There is no minimum GPA sort of thing set by CSC. You get Conditional (better Unconditional) Offer Letter from the University and you are done.

when will NTS announce commonwealth scholarship for 2017? will they announce this year or not?

CW 2017 is expected to be announced on coming Sunday i.e. August 21.

CW scholarship has not been announced today. It seems CW will not be announced this year.

No there is not any age limit by Commonwealth. If two candidates A and B have got equal marks and there is only one seat then the IPC nominates the older candidate. This only happens when two or more than two candidates have got equal marks and only one seat is remaining.

General Scholarships are not announced yet but you can always apply for shared commonwealth scholarship.
