i took GAT on 7 august 2011, please guide me how to apply for overseas scholarship announced by hec.
what score is required?
how to write research proposal?
Please share a copy of research proposal, anyone who has won this scholarship.
any format or sample of research proposal is also welcomed

Please help me in this regard.

Anyone who have won this overseas scholarship from hec share his/ her resaerch proposal format, and please guide me and others about the complete procedure.

i got 73 score in GAT. please help me in wiritng proposal for scholarship. please seniors help me. and also tell me can i get hec scholarship, what are the chances?
