is it justified that they are offering you scholarship just on the basis of Test conducted by NTS.

Academic record is not considered at all/ its our pakistan, and non sense policies and management/

The poor management and policies will make Pakistan Underdeveloped Nation.

their was a criteria for minimum academic marks , I think no more than one second division in the academic career . Secondly it was known to us that the merit will only depends on the test marks.

they only bad thing is the combined merit list because they arrange different test for each discipline and made a combined merit list. I am on 14 in over all merit and fifth in engineering in fata. and the engineering test was toughest test ,so it was only bad with engineer.

thirdly they say that only china has offered the scholar ship ,So we engineers think that pakistan is much more better than china for us .

The good thing , I got was my name in the merit , I also stud 6th in engineering in Peshawar test center, and fifth in overall Fata .

if any engineer friend is interesting in china ,so collect friends on this forum to meet IPC and I wil be ready for you.

The policy of making a merit list on the basis of test score was mentioned in the advrtisement so you can`t challenge it but yups you guys should protest against the poicy of making one merit list i mean there is no justification of making a single merit list after taking subject-wise test!!

Yups only china has offered scholarship yet but that doesn`t mean that rest of the countries wont offer any scholarship!!
If you dont want to go to china so just wait for other countries to offer scholarships as i heard that few countries do offer scholarship in may and june too so just wait bro inshaALLAH things will work in your way
but it also have some opportunity cost issue i mean if u say NO to china scholarship so there is a chance for you to go to any other country but it depends on how much scholarhip the other country will offer and your standing on the merit list

its good for you if you r at 14 in overall merit.because yar agar aap engineering me 5th pa ho aur merit engineering dicipline me banay to aap ke phr bohat kam chances hain ke aap scholarship avail karo. so overall merit aap ke lye thek hai. kyun ke there are 9 total diciplines in this scholarships ..baaqi aap ko samajh aagyi hogi.
dosri baat ye hai ke me 4th pa hoon engineering me aur overall merit me mera number 28 pa hai..mujhe ye samajh nhi aa rhi ke aap 14 number pa kis tara jab ke mera domicile bhi fata ka hai/...:O

ap dono apne test score plus educational records like matric, inter percentages share kro tu may be it can help us to understand the merit list criteria!!
aur phr agar koi confusion ho tu phr ap is baray me IPC se contact kr k poch lena

yes me too confuse i have 59 marks and you told that u have 56(58),so it is not possible that you are ahead at 4th and i am at 5th .

Yar they are stupid ,first they told me that fata have 2% quota then I told him that in css fata/fana quota is 4% ,so they agreed to me. Then after some days they told me that we have selected 4 student from fata/fana and you r at 14 position and wait for at.In march we will do selection so wait tell march. And when I asked about my position in engineering so he told me that their is a student at top with 68 marks ,then 64, 62,61,59,59.

And as we people did the research and find that the whole engineering is toped on 67, so how it is possible that fata is toped on 68 .

one thing more about combine merit , I asked them if I was at top in engineering from fata then still u will select student from combine merit list ignoring me being toper of a discipline, then he told me that I will select U ,if u r toper of engineering still if not in top 4 in combine merit.

after that he told me that only china has offered the scholarship . And most of them are for MBBs .and we have selected student for Bangladesh , I think he confuse Cultural Exchange with Bangladesh medical college scholarships.
as both test held on the same day and some person was incharge
so it is a little bit confusion.

But as the other student told that only china has offered scholarship, so I lost my interest in it.

If we told them about our problem and check their merit list by our self then we will get the exact situation.

the same guy told me that i am on 5th position in F.A.T.A and 23rd over all..he looked totally confused....he said this scholarship is fr MBBS students or smthng like dat...my score is 57 in NTS

Please share your experience and guide the shortlisted how to achieve this scholarship. if there is someone who has won this scholarship, please guide the students who will be short-listed about the tips and strategies to win the final scholarship.

I just called IPC to know about the further process of this scholarship but the lady on the other hand was looking so angry dont know why and said "ABhi ksi country se scholarship nhi aai jab aayegi tu hum apko through letters bta dengai" then I asked kya merit list website pe upload hogi and she said NO.
