And another question..

Why are we suppose to sign deed of agreement with government of Pakistan, that we would serve in Pakistan for 5 years after completing our studies ? Because this is a chinese government scholarship, and government of pakistan is not paying us anything, neither paying for our studies, accomodation etc.. as all expenses are covered by host country...

because IPC has faciliated you submitting your documents to Chinese Scholarship Council..besides that its just a formality dont bother about it....
to all fellows__ bring your laptops with you....this is as essential as your cell phone.

it is 2000 RMB for Phd students.for now you have to buy your ticket yourself,i dont know this time what IPC has told you like for me she told that she will pay me ticket and monthly stipend but uptill now nothing because they say they dont have budget....so for now you have to buy it yourself and keep the ticket and boarding pass with you,maybe later if we are lucky enough we il get the money from IPC.

When IPC is not paying anything and neither facilitating us. Why should we sign a bond with it?

This is just a formality as said by Noman bhai.
Moreover it is written in the deed that if there is any violation of contract,, then candidate should pay back all amount which is spent by government on him/her. As government at this point of juncture has no planning to spend anything on us so this contract is just a formality

I am now disappointed coz i applied for MBA and they gave me admission in MPA
moreove the university is China University of Geosciences (Wuhan)

Hebei and China university of geo sciences both are part of project 211. Project 211 constitutes prestigious list of universities which government of china aims to match the quality of international standards. So it is a good choice

Ahsan, MPA is a good option as compared to MBA. Be positive yar
