no it is not necessary but your of interest must match the area of interest of any of the professors in the department.

what do you mean by Interest? are you talking about specialization field of subject? for example i am Business Graduate, my field of interest is HRM. so I should have to cnfrm is HRM is tuaght there are not? plz guide

So nice of you. if it's possible please also share contact of any student studying economics in one of the three universities known by your contact persons of your subjects there.

Bilkent university requires upload of trancripts do we have to upload photocopies and do we have to pay the application fees.

@Mir Yes,you have to scan your transcript,documents for uploading.No you don't have to pay application fee for bilkent graduate programs.It is clearly mentioned on their website that you don't pay admission fee for graduate programs.You have to post the transcript photocopies and scores etc too(by pakistan post etc) apart from online application

@Mani no u r not eleigible as the scholarship AD clearly mentions people with completed education till 3oth november and who have obtained transcripts etc by that date.You can appear for GAt according to the schedula given on NTS website.The next one is in January.

Any information will be appreciated.

so we have to send the scans of originals also there is no place to upload gat result card and where to mention that we are hec scholars and apart from online application where on university website it is mentioned to print the application form and to send the documents by courier service

Dont print application here-that is to be done in METU.i read it on site so sent my documents today.I put GAT in the package i posted.On website only slot for GRE is given.No place to mention HEC scholar

so i didn't mention in online application.In METU's application in the box beside financial requirements is where we menion HEC scholars..
