Corrupt and misleading practices by interprovincial cabnet and HEC

Today i go pims formedical test then go to Interprovincial cabinet isbd...They told me who told u we will deal China scholarships...They told me we have no information about HEC decision................then i go to other corner of islamabad in HEC office asif kaleem he told me we have transfered to ipc islamabad.he told we receive ordere from uper level...i was very frustrated ............chinaa is providing free education and what our govt is doing for us.................whats going on i dont know.........................ipc representative told me program is cancelled and dont submitt application it will be waste of ur money.....................

These scholarship were for cultural exchange and last year ministry of IPC conducted a test on 20 November for cultural exchange scholarship for the year 2012 and all this was published in news .thousand of student took that test and the Ministry of IPC already made the merit list . that test was for 10 countries and china was one of them. Now what happen the Chinese ambassy wrongfully send the scholarship to hec and after the demand of ipc hec return the scholarship .So if u have taken that test and u r on merit then IPC will send u offer letter. just read the cultural exchange thread of this forum and u will get all the information

if u have taken that test then call the ipc and ask them about ur merit number they will tell u , and if u want to know more about this scholarship then read the cultural exchange scholarship thread of this css forum.


as for no merit list on their website is concern so we all are shocked that why they tell each one individually and not mentioning all the successful candidates on their website . my meirt number is 14 and they told me that they will send me the offer letter .

@Adnan kh IPC have taken a test on 20 november for all cultural exchange scholarship that test was for all MS and PHD scholarship , and as for undergraduate is concern so they will announce it and will conduct a test for it.


one thing more i want to say that scholarship in pakistan usually take 1 year so it is not possible to get one on short notice , all those student who r protesting for china scholarship have not taken the IPC scholarship test. Now it is not possible to get a scholarship without any test. I advise all of u that now the open scholarship is full bright complete ur qualification and apply for it.
