there was a page with myscore card wherein it was mentioned tht british council will send trf free of any charhes within a month of test n later they ll charge 1000 or may be 500,

I called IPC today, they said that we shall send IELTS Score directly to CW on the given address on the website. But in my opinion, to be on the safe side send attested copies of your score card to CW as well as IPC and also asked the IELTS taking body to send to IPC as well as CW

guys you can just mail your results to eas@cscuk.org.uk
That's the contact address from EAS Portal. I contacted them and they asked me to email them the results or any update in documents for application.

I got a very informative bolg from a 2012 CW Scholar. I don't know how to attach it here but one thing important mentioned in this blog is that IPC does not submit their input through EAS. Rather they submit it on paper which is also an option for Nominating Agencies. This was the case last year I guess this will be the case this year. Soon all of us will recieve an auto email from CSC that our application has been rejected because of no agency input. So don't be shocked, be ready for this thing.
But I will suggest that we shall confirm all this by calling IPC. Best of luck to all of you
