@all
dear friends those who haven't received email yet contact ipc ASAP. I was on 43rd number and i've received my offer letter today after tiresome efforts. If you people were at good rank and expecting email then my advise to you people is to call IPC because according to them they have mailed on 1st februrary. Get your email address confirmed ASAP.

I am from sindh urban, got 70. Called ipc again and atlast i succeded and person received the call. He told me that i am shortlisted but they have encircled my email. I told him to make correction but the person was unaware about system so he asked me to call on wednesday again....

I will again say that Pakistani Masters (16 year) is equivalent to international bachelors. I am saying this because i have already experienced this. After doing my MBA i went abroad then did my masters (which in Pakistan is called MS). This is the standard international rule.
Anyways this is my knowledge. You can have your own saying. Good luck for your PhD.

what about medical guys? is it the same form with title "physical examination record for foreigners". i read somewhere that we should get two copies of this form attested by the doctors. does any bode have an idea?

Dear All,

what is meant by Year attended ...

I mean do we need to mention the month + year we attended the college
OR
It also includes the time period we waited till the date of announcement of results ???
like I attended the college from 2000-09-11 To 2002-03-11
but my result was announced on 2002-07-16

here what should I mention the Last Date :- 2002-03-11 or 2002-07-16 ?

Yes you should make two medical certificate because one is required for visa at Chinese Embassy and the other one at university for Your Medical .

Points to be noted " Do attest your medical certificate from foreign office. "

Otherwise it will not be accepted in China.

" also Attach laboratory tests like AIDS , Hepatitis , vision and other as many as possible ".

If you failed in making two copies or attesting it by foreign office it will cost you more than 600 RMB (chinese currency) .

Default Subsidy by the IPC
Offer letter of IPC contains the following statement "Government of Pakistan will pay subsidy subject to the availability of funds, provided revised project is approved".

However, after reading many comments and articles, I think IPC do not provide any Subsidy to the students and if it provides so, it is highly irregular.

Can somebody clarify this ?
