AOA, i have been selected for University of Mexico USA in 90% overseas scholarship by HEC .. i get to know it yesterday through HEC WEBSITE..but point of worry is that i didnt get any post mail from them. when i visited HEC yesterday, concerned personal "Ms.Nousheen" was on leave for two days and will come back on monday, another person sitting there showed me undelivered letters that came back to HEC due to some reasons but that too didn't have my post..i did'nt get email because that Id encountered some problem ...He said mail should reach your postal address, check TCS as our responsibility is over to check if letter is delivered or not after the dispatch the letters..I wen to TCS and they asked for consignment number for navigating the letter, I have mailed HEC but didnt get any reply..i am so depress about all this...please help me and tell me the way out

Hec is a real mess like all other institutions and public organisations of Pakistan.dont take it newly organised organisation on modern footings.in short expect less from them.u have to wait until they take your matter. don't waste time and make a list of all important dates of your concern. your dept admission deadline, international admission last date, last available date for GRE nd ILets before ur application process etc. all that will be available on UNM website. in case of any need feel free to contact me. my email address is in my profile.secondly,
visit the nearest TCS office nearest to your permanent residence (permanent mailing address you mentioned in form)

To be honest, UNM website is so messy that i am unable to understand, where to go what to do....aaagggghhhh dnt ask.. its pushing me way too hard to smash my head in the wall..hump..

some places it says deadline for Graduate application is 1 oct (spring 2014) HEC mentioned to seek admission for spring 2014.. then at another place it says Fall semster ( no spring 2014 was mentioned)

some places it says IELTS AND TOFEL..some TOFEL- another point to worry

i am so lost

You have to have such a lot of patience when you're dealing with such matters(Hec,UNM).brother it will take time to be familiar with university site. every university is a completely new story so, they have their own procedures and rules. neither CSS forum nor UNM site is a mess. in fact you are trying to build rome in a day. saber kr jao yaar sb ho jae ga ager fall main jana hai to time boht hai abhi . your scholarship is confirmed don't worry it is not very easy to cancel without any strong reason.
