I would like to inform you that a delegation of Professors/Officials of Massey University, New Zealand will be conducting interviews for HEC's shortlisted candidates under the scholarship project "Overseas Scholarship Scheme Phase-II", HRD Division, from HRD Building, HEC Islamabad, which is scheduled to be held on 7th September, 2013 Between 90AM to 50PM.

As the candidates belongs to different cities throughout the Pakistan, therefore, to facilitate our candidates we would like to conduct interviews via our state-of-the-art Video Conference technology from RC-KARACHi & RC-Lahore.

Therefore, you are requested to please do the necessary arrangements for the Video Conference.

2- i am shortlisted for Physical Sciences (earth science) i also have,nt received any response,, any suggestions?

1- u r right, i dont know why he has sent me the NZ email..
i have replied back with the same query

they replied that my case has been referred to relevant person n thats why Mr. Sohail has sent me the email (NZ)

so what do you suggest to whom i should contact as mr. sohail did,nt replied as i asked about interviews and told him that i am shortlised..

But your email looks like that it is sent by HEC's one department to another department which will arrange the vedio conferencing equipements as it is not the responsibility of applicant.

Brother, i am at the same stage awaiting his email..lets see..

I have been selected in cultural xchange scholarship for PhD in China and I have to join my University by 30th august 2013 whereas I have also been shortlisted for interview in 90% scholarship the country is same China but the perks are much higher in 90% scholarship lil bit confused whether to leave the cultural xchange and wait for the finalization of 90% or I should go for the Cultural xchange????? Ur suggestions needed......

You chances of being seleted on 90% are good as Chinese usually do not reject HEC scholars. To be on safe side you have to join on Chinese govt scholarship and try to appear in Interview of HEC. If get selected on 90% than leave chinese govt one.

dear but I have to submit the acceptance letter by 30th september to HEC in 90% scholarship and they will conduct interviews after that whose date is not yet final.. so very much confused now...........
