My GAT score is 70 and I am yet to take IELTS.

I received an email from Hanyang University South Korea for admission.
But I don't understand as my preferences were USA and Germany.

Can you people guide me whether I should go for it or not?
If I leave it HEC will give me another chance?

I have received this email. But I wonder whether I should apply to it or not?
I want to avail HEC scholarship for Germany.But losing it is bothering me.

Does anyone from balochistan has got the offer letter under this scholorship program?

Some realistic suggestions for you.......

1. With you GAT score=76 USA is out of question, not possible. because only 5 scholarships.
2. Germany is a possibility. You can apply for that.But HEC says that out scholarship is for fall 2013. and admissions in germany are closed for fall and open for spring 2014.
3. Applying to Hanayang does not means that you must go to that uninversity.
4. Apply for that and at least secure your scholarship. Upto admission decision you may have some other options clear. so dont waste this opportunity.

Admission in Hanyang University for Fall 2013 are also closed but they are offering it because of HEC.
Are you sure after applying for Hanyang I will still have the option of Germany?

why not. you will still have option. you will loose option only when you forward your admission letter to HEC and show your willingness to go there.

which is better option among Germany,Italy and Korea.
