Merit list will not be displayed, only the successful candidates will be contacted by the IPC official via email. So have patience and pray for yourself from Allah. :)
Lets suppose i have secured scholarship then
1.What would b documents required for this scholarship (e.g passport, statement of purpose etc)?
2.does anyone know about BOND?

Thanks

Attiq Uz Zaman Saturday, December 28, 2013 04:22 PM

Ofcourse you will need SOP and passport for these scholarships, just think of itlike any other university application. You will select 3 universities and then if they grant you admission this scholarship will cover your expenses for your graduate studies.
As far as the bond is concerned i think you will need to work in Pakistan for 5 years if going for Ms leading to PhD.
lets not get ahead of ourseleves, first we should all wait for the merit lists, confirmations etc then there will be alot of time to prepare your documents (except passport, apply for it asap).
Congrats dear. You are at top in KPK or PAKISTAN?
They told me that I should start sending out sweets to friends and family as I have topped. I was excited enough to forget to ask whether I topped KPK, Pakistan, or my area of study (Social Sciences). So, don't really know that. Will get back to you on Monday after I ask IPC people.
There is one caveat though. I have come to know that despite having mentioned multiple countries on the advertisement, IPC has sent most, if not all, of the successful candidates to China and also that most of them have not yet been paid by the ministry. How true is it?

Attiq Uz Zaman Sunday, December 29, 2013 01:44 AM

^ well most of them are not paid and if paid then IPC delay payments as late as 6 to 8 months but the stipend of CGS (1800 youn) will be on time since its being paid my chinese government not IPC.

The merit seems so competitive as you are at 61st place with 72 marks and I am at 92nd with 71 marks in Punjab. Every single mark will count a lot.

nice sharing but there is no such program of Ms lead to PhD in IPC, so you will serve at least 3 years after returning home and this can be extended upto 5 years according to the statement of the agreement.

ZiaUlHassanKhan Sunday, January 05, 2014 03:37 PM

Agreement Details

What are the details of the agreement, if anyone knows by any chance? Can we apply to any university or we have to select from a list of countries listed by IPC? Plus do they still state a monthly stipend from their side in the scholarship agreement?

Muhammad Asim Abbasi Monday, January 06, 2014 08:25 PM

What documents are required to be prepared in case shorlisted by IPC?
IELTS or TOEFL?
Almost all renowned chinese umiversities demand English proficiency certificate. But I've not heard anyone talking about it. Please clarify.

alifarrukh786 Sunday, January 26, 2014 05:18 PM

IPC dont pick call

Whenever I call on the number 0519204225 , no body receives the call and they are deliberately not receiving calls. What is next procedure, whether IPC will contact selected candidates or we have to contact the ipc. Please guide me about next procedure.

adeel detho Sunday, January 26, 2014 07:06 PM

Is this scholarship offers only for China or some other countries too? Seniors must know well.

Yeah they seldom receive calls. But you keep on trying. IPC personnel will contact the selected candidates via phone or email or both. They will send you the offer letter with detailed instruction about further process.
Is this scholarship offers only for China or some other countries too? Seniors must know well.
No, it is for all the countries mentioned in the advertisement but each year China happens to be the top donor with most scholarships. If you want to wait for other countries then you will have to give-up China's offer and wait for them. Keep in mind this test's score is only valid for the said scholarship and only for this year and the countries advertised.

adeel detho Wednesday, January 29, 2014 02:19 AM

I guess Romania is better option. So mostly how much marks needed to be successful.

alifarrukh786 Wednesday, January 29, 2014 09:28 PM

anybody know minimum marks for management sciences for Punjab? Will IPC calls for further procedure or we have to contact?

Does anyone have any update regarding the procedure?
I was told IPC starts sending letters in the last week of Jan - first week of Feb.

IELTS/ TOEFL is not mandatory, as we were not required to submit any such certificate to IPC last year. However, it is preferable to submit this along with other documents to IPC, if you have one.
