Test was out of proportion as explicitly mentioned on NTS website http://nts.org.pk/Products/GATGEN/gat-g-curriculum.php#GAT-A

It was not the test format that has been advised on their website.

This was a special test for Commonwealth scholarships. NTS is not bound to follow these percentages for specialized tests.

Special? there is/was nothing special.

Further, test was inconsistent with the last year, last year was closely similar to the recommended proportion.

In addition, why to publish rules if these are bent or circumvented in the first place.

Finally, it was better I prepared for GMAT/GRE and then apply for a scholarship in the Nordic directly.

You can still prepare yourself for GRE and then apply for USEF scholarship which are awarded to more than 150 candidates as compared to commonwealth scholarships which were given to only ten candidates last year.

Does anyone know how much time NTS takes to upload the answer keys on their website?

You have totally missed the point. By special, I mean that the link you posted was for GAT General tests, that are held around the year. Those rules do not apply to tests that are specifically held for Commonwealth or any other purpose.

There was a notice in the centre that the key will be up by tomorrow.
