Hello All,

I am applying to Chinese Government Scholarship. Ive prepared the application package with all the requirements, but right now stuck at Foreigner Physical Examination Form required.

Tried to find out help on the concerns on many of threads on this forum, but unable to clarify the issues properly.

Appreciate if we can have the answers to below queries:

1- Is it mandatory that this form should be accompanied by medical test reports? If yes, then what reports are must to be attached?? Like, ECG, Xray, HIV, Syphilis, Hepatits etc?

2- As per the following link, ( http://pk.chineseembassy.org/eng/lsfw/va/t1233015.htm ) any visa applications after Feb 1, 2015, its required to carry out medical examination at
any of 2 selected medical centers (i.e Lahore, and Islamabad). What are the specific instructions for candidates other than from LHR and ISB??

1- Yes you need to attach Blood test report and chest x-ray report (not the x-ray film) with the medical form. At Chinese embassy regarding medical they need three things and that are medical examination form duly filled and signed by the authorized dr, chest xray report attached to it and blood report for HIV and syphilis.
2- Regarding your second question please read my response carefully
After you get your medical examination form filled by ANY Government hospital ,you need to get it attested by ministry of foreign affairs. Now what is the change from Feb 2015?If you get your medical done in any of the two authorized hospitals (the link you shared) ,then you don't need to go to the ministry of foreign affairs to get it attested. Otherwise you can go to ANY Government hospital other than those two mentioned hospitals anywhere in Pakistan and then you have to go to ministry for attestation. I hope i am clear enough.

Well these are the processes after shortlisting,when aplying for visa!
I am aksing for the initial submission, before shortlisting, do we need to attach any test reports? as i am told by almost every one who has applied, that no test reports are required to accompany the physical examination form!?

Please advise, as i am willing send the documents today..

Please read the examination form carefully. It is clearly written there to attach the required reports. Where ever you are sending your medical examination form you need to attach the reports too. Yes but in this case you can send the photocopy of your reports and safe original ones for your visa etc. Photocopy will work for you. It did work for me.....Hope now you are satisfied.
