Default What Constitutes availing a Chance?
A.O.A Everyone

First time posting here, i have a question for you guyz which might be helpful for someone else as well.

Does applying for PMS exam and not appearing in the Exam constitute a chance? and if it does not , do we need to mention it where we are required to mention the exams we have applied/appeared in conducted by FPSC or KPPSC?

You don't need to mention it if you haven't appeared in the exam. Simply applying doesn't count as a chance.

That's great
Applied twice but never got around to appearing because of other commitments.
Going in all guns blazing this time around.

Guns are not allowed in the exam hall and strictly prohibited in cantonment area.
