What Constitutes availing a Chance?
A.O.A Everyone
First time posting here, i have a question for you guyz which might be helpful for someone else as well. Does applying for PMS exam and not appearing in the Exam constitute a chance? and if it does not , do we need to mention it where we are required to mention the exams we have applied/appeared in conducted by FPSC or KPPSC? |

You don't need to mention it if you haven't appeared in the exam. Simply applying doesn't count as a chance.

Applied twice but never got around to appearing because of other commitments. Going in all guns blazing this time around. |

Guns are not allowed in the exam hall and strictly prohibited in cantonment area.
