Default Pms form filling..helps urgent
Salam dear members
Im new to all this and need help
I have done masters in economics and am applying for pms..but i havent collected my masters degree yet..eligibility athough is bacholers ..but would that make problem in selection..if i pass my written exam (In shaa Allah)that i had masters but just provided its dmc and provisional certificate.?or degree is must for masters acceptance?
And secondly there is point in form filling that says...character certificate from two responsible persons?what does that mean?
And pics with white or blue background?
Pls answer soon.

pms/CSS is purely based on one's performance in test and interview.


second,compose a page with heading of “character certificate".

I hereby certify that Mr. xyz s/o abc bears good moral character.


endorse both certificates from two gazzetted officers.


there is no issue with blue or white background

If your result is announced and you are only waiting for degree then you can claim master.. But if it is not announced yet then you can't...but you can apply and select any subject..

Yes, your qualification will be considered. Although for PMS higher qualification doesn't matter but still it can help you get a good impression in interview.

I want to apply for PMS but currently I am in Pindi. The question is if I apply online, so how can I get the challan. Can I submit money in pindi bank?

nope. you cannot submit the challan in PIndi bank, you gotta submit it only in designated bank branches in KP.
