Yes you are absolutely right in every department the people sitting are always in the pursuit of self interest and personal gains in the form corruption, bribery, jobbery, favouritism, nepotism and the like. I qualified in every written test of KPSC, NTS, FPSC and the departmental tests etc. and ALHAMDULLILAH E TALAH I most of the time was called for interviews and performed very well in every of my interview but even a single time I was not offered a post, relevant. I am a lecturer in English (contract) for last seven years and a lawyer in short quite well versed in every regard and I am well out spoken. _I am surprised what's the reason? If I am not efficient then I should not have qualified for the interviews and I couldn't have continued as a lecturer English and a lawyer! Definitely there is something wrong with these institutes,departments and commissions and not with me and people like me who fall victim of them despite hard work and efficiency. We smell a rat in KPSC, FPSC, NTS, and departmental tests and in their selection process. Yes it is! Very sad.

See rule 175 (1) Bar Council Rules 1976. When you are a lawyer then how is it possible for you to become English Lecturer. I can make complaint against you to the Bar Council. But still I am not doing it. When someone is not himself honest and violating the law then he have no right to make objection on the credibility of others. Everyone violates the law himself but make objection on others. First of all the person himself should be clean then he may put objections on others.

Do you know why are you not selected? I must tell you. It is due to your state of mind. Change your thinking and apply and just trust on God not on any approach or bribery. I guarantee you that you will be succeeded. One thing should be noted that the present KP PSC members are the most honest persons in PSC ever. If you or any other person challenge their credibility then I must tell you that no Prophet or Messenger of Allah will come to the institution which will be better than the present members. I know each and everyone well and I bet that no one can purchase their faith.

Delay is due to the timepasser petitioners. Who will get nothing but just a thumb down (theenga).
