Offcourse brother. You can sue and can file a writ petition in the Hon'ble Peshawar High Court Peshawar as it is democracy and everyone has the right according to Constitution of Pakistan. But in my view it is baseless as noone was making any sort of objection before the screening test and now when people know that they will fail it are making objections. The court will see the full arguments and the whole facts then will decide. And as the transparency and competency of the commission is concerned I must say that after 20 years such an honest commission members are appointed and if people start objections then the honesty will be discouraged. I think that we should let it to God. What he decides is better than our own thinkings.

anybody know how many candidates have qualified fro gb fata in ce 16
