Well it wasn't impressive. I scored 200 in viva but got less in written due to current affairs, pol. Science. Got 39 in pol. Science paper 2, which was shocking. Scored well in precis, essay and British Histroy though. My overall score was 844.

What's your view about score tends in kp pms?
I am confused, i want to opt almost same Subjects as i opted in css but many frnds are saying opt only scoring. But the problem is that scoring tend might be reverse this time.

I m going to opt
1) political science
2) Geology ( plz comment on this, i have Engineering background. I can prepare this well but again the trending dilemma)
3) constitutional law
4) pushto

I wish I could help, but I seriously don't know myself. I have the same concerns as you. I also want to opt the subjects which I have taken in CSS. Have no idea about scoring trend in pms.

Why can't we opt I.law + IR in pms?

I'll have to opt Public Ad; a subject I hate..just because I don't have the 'zre zor' to start a new subject from scratch, lol.

That's a really good score, bro. I'm sure you barely missed the allocation merit.

I think getting between 380-400 in the optionals is a must to secure allocation.

I am also here to dive in KP PMS. I have seen the syllabus and it is a bit easier than CSS. Well, I can not manage enough time for CSS preparation but still endeavour to cover the important topics. And will try my luck in CSS. So, I decided to give pms a chance. I am a bit afraid of screening test cos of negative marking. What would you suggest to me about the optionals? My optional in CSS is pol science, Gender studies. US history and criminology.

Yes, though I scored the highest in viva i.e. 220 but still written marks matter alot in pms
