Indeed commission made the blunder, however I was among the lucky ones who through contacts got to know about the 25/1 formula. I even posted in the pms kpk facebook group and shared it in several watsapp groups as well back in march.

Lets hope the exams are not delayed

The exam will be delayed if merit is reduced because they'll have to conduct scrutiny of the non qualifiers as well. They've completed scrutiny of qualifiers already (hence, duel domicile issue ).

Question on behalf of a friend.
He is working in A sensitive organization and intends to appear for the written part of pms. His question
"If I am allocated, can I resign from my job or will they create any problems since it is a sensitive organization"

They will allow him provided he is not at level-IV.

If he is at this level of project then he needs approvals and reason to leave. However, with proper justification they may allow him.

Delaying exam is not an issue; if it delays then it will be for everyone. But real problem is changing of exam dates and schedules. For working people it is really hard to manage under such situations.
