I have few points that might benefit all :

First, as we had Pms adv last year in dec so almost a year has been passed. Therefore, new vacant / leftover positions has been added around 20 to 30 for upcomming Pms adv. So, if we all raise this issue then might be Kppsc add these new vacant position into last year advertisement of Pms. Thus, it is win win situation for everyone (as one of my friend told me that on average around 20 to 30 posts of Pms yearly got vacant in KP).

Second, most of us preparing for Css, so at this stage of preparation, focusing on both Css (certain) and Pms (uncertain) benefit none. Further, it creates more confusion among those who are going to appear in both. Therefore, Pms exam before Feb will hurt Css aspirants and their preparation alot - only those in such situatiin.will benefit who are repeaters.

Third, as we all are waiting since a year for Pms exam and expected Pms exam likely in Jan or March. But if it occurs in March then it will benefit all. Therefore, where we waited 13 around months for exam, there we can wait till 14 months also - to take exam in March.

Fourth, i request everyone to highlight first point at every forum so that Kppsc add new Pms posts in last year adv as it will increase seats on one hand and reduces taking exam burden on Kppsc which is already under-performer (Rule of adding seats : seats can be added until result of written exam announced) .

Anyone many agree to disagree. So be relax for above suggestions.
