I cannot even imagine how irresponsible and ill-capable the controllers of these public examinations are. They do not want to meet deadlines. Worse, they do not even want to communicate the timing of the examinations, one of the most key characteristics of such examinations.
On the surface, the more time one gets for preps; the better. However, the unnecessary uncertainty that the PMS is clouded with is now working to the detriment of serious candidates. This is not fair. Why has the society become so morally degenerate over time, unable to foresee the consequences of their decisions? Why is everyone in the responsible positions inclined to flex their muscles by intervening when that is not necessary?
How is it possible that the cabinet will make a sound decision in this regard, taking into account the hardship and toil the serious candidates have gone through until now? Because the cabinet cannot feel that.
Why does the system not want to produce healthy and mentally sound people to make it effective? Because such a system will only produce desperate and retarded personalities. Had better to stop here.

Cabinet is most probably side with the resolution passed by assembly but I think KPPSC will not entertain cabinet's order. Already meeting main faisla bhi kia gaya hai, after the resolution was passed.

As far as I know, legally bound nahi hai KPPSC. Han court wala masla ban sakta hai.

I agree har cheez bound nai hoti. But this is kppsc we are talking about. Agar in mein tori see himmat hoti and last year decision na mantay tu abhe tak sub kuch easily hojata.
