To be honest, i am very much shocked on seeing the dmcs. People have scored 720 plus marks and failed in essay. Okay the essay were out of the box but how come a person scoring 75 in precis gets 10 marks in essay?

Got 51 in essay. Failed in aggregate. Awarded lowest marks in optional papers which were my best attempts and expecting 70 plus(they were Pashtu, Muslim Law, History of USA, Journalism). Not only were these papers very easy, esp first three, but they were my top attempts in any competitive exam. In last CSS held just before PMS, I scored 71 in Pashtu. And in my previous PMS attempt( which I qualified and secured high marks in the above subjects), I scored 76 in Pashtu. This time I have been given 38 in Pashtu. Very unfair and arbitrary marking.

Going for retotalling.

Those who opted Pashtu and US History will agree with me that they were the easiest papers. A friend who said that US History was his below average attempt has been given 66.

The way result has been compiled is very questionable and ruined our future.

So write a letter to kppsc and attach copy of the challan form. Mention the subjects you applied for re-totaling. The letter should be written to Director examination
