i got information that 53 posts that are advertised are cancelled .because they are plaining to post these post again just for the emplyees serving in secreteriate

is it not descrimination.is it not fundamental rules voilation .that they will not consider govt emplyees serving other departmnts.y just secretriate emplyees

may i know to what cadres or groups one gets allocated in,if selected in pms.plz also explain if we will be entitled to posts such as dpo,aco,and others of the sort or the allocation wud b on a relatively lower scale like patwari and tehsildar...plz explain.

After qualifying PMS and completing your training you will get posts like ACO, DDOR(J), DDOR(R), Section Officer, or APA. Mostly there comes political involment in securing good posts and good places.
@ndly PMS officer are in grade 17, and grade 17 cannont be appointed as Patwaris and Tehsildars because Patwari is in Grade 5, and Tehsildar in Grade 16.

@islah g, brother i have an offer of 17 grade job in local council board peshawar,under ministry of local government,kpk.the job title is that of admin officer,but i have no idea abt the ambit of this job and whether i will b considered among pcs employees ,more over shud i expect any deputation or lateral vertical mobility in the other deptt like field jobs or in secretariat or establishment div? plz explain since u are a govt employee.

Dear you are talking about the posts of TMO's, In this regard you ll not be considered a PCS officer. TMO's are good jobs but u may not get deputation to the establishment.
