bro, those were not wild guess, rather i was in regular contact with the concerned clerk, but there was contradictions in pcs authorities. whether pms is before or after css 2013, you have to prepare urself for both and i think preparation for both is almost same, if your optional subjects are same for both...... sorry for contradictory statements....
