What is the selection criteria can any one tell?Is this only base on nts score or your academics percentages also count?

Its written on NTS website that they are to call 3 persons per seat.

to day was my interview it was very,,,,, only asked subject related questions and past experience

Some one said its 27% BSC 50%test 8%FSC&Matric and 15%interview. May be that is true, but it hits logic with more meaning.

i asked about masters and MPhil candidates... they said that they will get extra marks for higher education...

If the requirement is BSc then how they will prefer M.Phil or higher education?
they will only consider BSc. Incase if two candidates tie then they will prefer age, experience and higher education.

i thnk they will not prefr high qualified candidates becz it 11 scale position and is not relevent to their field... Msc Physics, Mphil Chy etc
