Default Grade Vs Gpa , B.S honer Condtion

above 60% is called 1st division now compare it with gpa ,
while B.S Honer is equal to bs(two year) and Master mean
20+7 marks he will be get ,

and he asked from every one that b.s honer or two year . if two year then no master marks , ok

Religious Harmony

“My concern is not whether God is on our side; my greatest concern is to be on God's side, for God is always right.”
Abraham Lincoln
Right. Then who chooses a command to be forwarded by god or man. What If you with your purest intention follow a human command with a greater probability of error? It may ruin you and the protégé.

The proud saint and arrogant scholar
Crossed the desert and passed by a village
Joined by a Rabbi panting bad
When the knight provided the privilege

None of the clowns owned them..
Instead everyone frowned them..
Not because they were stragglers
But because they knew, religions hound them..

And the day came when scholars swayed
Sprinkled the difference and hatred sprayed
Blossom of flower of harmony that took centuries..
In the presence of dogmatic minds decayed…

Engr. Syed Saddam Hussain Shah Bukhari

Rest lies in the fluency and thoroughness you exhibit during the composition of Essay.
Personal Thought, the answers:
1- What is religious harmony?
Interfaith harmony is a belief in peaceful coexistence of religion. The bedrock of concept of interfaith harmony is that all religions ultimately lead towards a supernatural deity. A deity who tasks us to do good to everyone.
2- What brings the interfaith conflicts?

1- Christians to Jews: burning the temple, killing the Jews. Oppression of Roman Empire. Adolf Hitler(The superiority complex was supported by dogmatic interpretation of religion, that Jews were inferior nefarious creatures)
2- Jews to Christians: 3- Jews to Muslims: Despite striking similarities between the concept of oneness of god in both religions Jews hate Muslims because they think Jerusalem is entirely owned by them. Fact is Jerusalem is the place of birth of all the three Abrahmic religions.
3- Christians to Muslims: Christian crusaded Muslims for three consecutive centuries viz 11th to 13th century.
3- What prevents the religious harmony?
Interfaith hatred
Myopic views of scholars good as well as bad
Provocative literatures
Wars
Prohibition of study of other religions
Historical conflicts
Intrinsic superiority complex begot by religion
4- What are the benefits if it exists?
Peace: Example is Jerusalem, the kingdom of heavens
Progress and Prosperity: Example is Good Friday
End to sectarian terrorism
Trying religions: peace will provide chance to everyone to try each religion once, remember spread of Islam.
5- Who caused more suffering religions or politics?
As far as I think when politics wield the weapon of religion it turns into a deadly monster.

Asim Bhai please check the poetry. and add something whenever you get time.

All the interview process was so perfuntionary. for example, The toper of our distric was neither even interviewed nor checked the origional docs. only asked him "Whether you would be able to do this job" and he said yes. He is a mechanicl engineer. Similary they asked two questions from me, I ansered and they said good, good Thank u. And checked my origional docs without any care and they didn't ask me about my licence. I am at 8th position in the district with 77 marks in nts test and there are 12 male vacancies.....

Saddam bhai very good attempt and to the topic and diversified approach. I like to suggest you to discuss and touch every topic with related aspects and in your case try to expand your topic with social, political and economics aspects. Modern concept of securalism and its achievement in global integration faded religious facets. Religious harmony, individual and social aspects, in modern era is it boon or bane. how to incorporate it in modern scenario etc.
Poetry is really commendable and well chosen. Best of luck dear.
