From Where you got the information that there is no vacancy of your subject???

no body has given me any information but i am assuming that i would be saying so in the near future due to the delayed process of appointment

you want to replace area of seat to brak rule by self lol and say hed is going against rule. ok so please read the rule in advertisement that we can increase, decrease or even terminate at all, that will depend on demand of empty seats.

2nd is that as i told some teachers had gone for high education so leave empty seat on temporary and as they come so these new will replaced slowly and gradually not at all that will depend on college an subject vise. The 2nd point that why seas decrease because adv 6 2013 result has been announced and interview are running in every subject so many of permanent will book the seats and remaining will fill from these temporary until coming of next permanent selectees. 3rd point is that there are about 30 subjects so may in a district there will fill of 25 subjects of need basis. e.g there may 5 seats of urdu in swabi and only 1 seat of economics. and may no empty seat of islamyat, hope got the answer...

When will the next process start?after submitting the required documents etc till 3 Oct...

This was provincial merit list and there may error and omission so now final will be prepare and soon it will posted.
If there is no interview then all topper in each subject will given seat. If interview is arranged so competition will become more tough and may topper not selected in every subject.

@Aman Rashid, Please be patient and trust in Allah, your position is very good in provisional list, you are in top three compared to mine one i am on position 8th of my district. If you believe in Luck then you attempted will and let the destiny decide about it.

In order to prove my point, I score 83 marks in KPPSC recruitment exam, i was topper of my zone with 83 marks, my aggregate was 18+ and were in age limit, I was recommended but after a month my recommendation was withdrawn. Another one was posted who was last person in merit list with 78 marks, his aggregate was 17.54 and he was overage by 4 months. but in the final merit list we both secured 36 marks in interview, but he was given advantage of age and i was withdrawn after a month. I consulted some lawyers and friends and they assured me that this is the rule where over-aged are prefer in case of tie.

So these protests and dharna's will not help because we don't have any sort of reliable and official information upon which it can be based, even H.E.D is devising new rules with new announcements. So wait for the final merit list and if you find something fishy then you can consult court, not getting this post is not the end of the world. so enjoy your good time and stop worrying about the issue you don't and can't control.

excuse but these seats or posts are not of lecturership actually. it is related to assisting the teachers and lecturers. wherever ever required. your point of decrease/increase/terminate is accepted. but point of replacing is no where in ad. of Higher education deptt. they are temporary but they are not about replacement or displacement. they are distt based jobs newly introduced by kpk government. before this there was no job.title named as Teacher assistant.

thank you sohailkt.. but problem is we are so much infuriated because of this test/merit game that now getting this job is like a miracle to us all.... and i dont have mood to study further.. so it is a good kinda escape to be away from that funda... and it is really a cruelity where overaged people are given advantage.. who are somewhere already in service or government jobs ... and we the fresh candidates are made to cry again and again after try again and again..... in provisional merit list, there are lots of overage persons ... so is it mrean they will get advantage of their experience. and fresh starters will again begin with another test.. what a fish!!!! if they have to allocate those in service persons so they should not determine age limit in advertisment..

I second your views but nothing can be done till the announcement of merit list. If you have any reservations consult H.E.D but i am afraid that you will not be able to get answers to your questions. Its has become some sort of intelligence report that is classified and confidential. They will tell you to wait. Or otherwise i will advise you to visit the office in person, meet director level officials and clear your mind about it. Your personal visit to the office will be helpful. But still if they don't know whats next, they will never be in a position to help you.
