Tehsildar exam ended.... what are your views about papers...
For me.... islamyat was tough and pakistan studies was odd....
I was also surprised by the questions about ghalib minto etc in urdu paper.......was it the part of syllabus?
Is the paper of islamyat according to the syllabus?

Well, it was an exam after all and alright exams can be odd and difficult. But what was missing was the element of common sense. There should have been 1 compulsory and 3 remaining questions in each paper. Although Islamiat and Urdu were unusual but in competitive exams you have got to be wary of these issues. And one more thing, what was the examiner thinking when he asked us to write down 5 questions in 2 and half hours. 5 minutes of brainstorming and 25 minutes of writing is not enough to fetch you 30 marks. What PSC needs is to adopt a more pragmatic approach to making of papers.

from my side, all the papers went very well. i am sanguine of my success IA

Exam was realy tuff,paper,s pattern was changed and systematic in nature,but reality is God helps those who help themselves.

Apparently, Islamiyat paper was prepared for Mufti examination. Commission changed the title and took the prints out. Devised on some 50 years old pattern. Totally out of line. There was an uproar in the hall after the paper was distributed. Some returned the paper within minutes, others just stared it for like half and hour, then started writing just for the heck of it. For last paper, why on earth would anyone prepare and ask the candidates to solve a single paper of 200 marks; in which 02 hr 30 min for subjective part, 05 questions, 30 marks for each question. The paper was a farce.

in the entire papers only english precis (50) and 1st question of islamiat were difficult..

islamiat paper was just a piece of cake let i solve it within 10 minutes.

Translation of the ayah: Daro os din sy jab koi kisi k kaam ni ayga. na he ksi ki sifarash qabool hogi. na he ksi ko moawaza ly k chora jaiga. or na he mujrimon ko kahin sy madad mil saky ge.

Expl: is dunya my to log sifarshen kr k bary bary jurm kr k choot jaty lekn akhirat my aisa ni kya ja sakyga..wha sirf allah ki adalat hogi........
