yes you are right brother i couldnot make it to the exam as my screening score was just 58.

But still, I've used "Didn't" not 'Couldn't'😊.
P.S: My screening score was 72, but failed to qualify for the next stage😑.

I visited KPPSC today where I came to know that they will provide DMCs to failed candidates only. Why dont they share the DMCs with qualified candidates?

Well that's the essence of a competitive exam, you don't know your score which makes you feel that the game is wide open.

According to my friends in KPPSC, PMS is in the pipeline for almost 50 posts. Some say there are 30+ posts.

Brother, It is not an official list as I myself have compiled it. I went through the entire list of qualified candidates in written portion , browsed their screening test results according to their respective roll numbers and prepared a tentative zone wise list. There might be some other lacunae as well. Pardon me for that. But I have tried my best to make it flawless. There might be one or two more mistakes, the remaining list will be okay

your piece of work is commendable, no doubt.. moreover, what about female and minority candidates? you should have prepared a separate list for them as well.
