Same was the case with me brother. I have bs economics and they rejected me.

why would they do this? BS Hons is the same as MSc naa? Do they do it for the lecturer Post as well? As I am a computer Engr and I have applied for Lecturer Computer Science

Tonystark brother according to kppsc if equivalent is mentioned then bs hons degree holders are eligible if just master degree is mentioned in eligibility then bs are nor eligible. In lecturership there was equivalent word so stay relax.
