Default ETO vs PMS officer
Can anyone shed light on basic difference between eto and pms officer? which one is better in terms of promotions and protocol? as both announced under same category.

PMS officer is like a Don, they deal with every department while ETO is only responsible for excise department. it is a provincial PAS, and after a few years of service, the PMS officer becomes AC/DC/Secretary in provincial government

but most of the pms officers are frustrated now a days.. they are not happy with their service structure.. i consider eto as the best one because it has a charm of uniform s well.. if selected i will prefer eto... IA
