You'll be interviewed for a ministerial post, so, don't expect complicated questions just follow the guideline I have shared somewhere in this thread

1. Poor Academic Record: I meant that my score out of the total (30) was only 18, which is poor anyway 2. AEF: Academic Evaluation Formula of the KPPSC 3. My qualification (back in 2015): M.A (Political Science). Current standing: M.Phil (Political Science). Regards

Does anyone here know about the potential career growth in the post of assistant (BS-16) in Higher Education Department of KPK? Is it a good post? Also, I want to know up to what level the assistant can reach.
