Yes a very legit point. they even mentioned in thr advertisement that the recruitment will be made according to esta code. So if the violate that. They are inviting being sued by someone in due time apparently.

TO check your merit number you should have a contact in LCB. You can also try by calling 091-9211450. I am planning to serve them a notice under RTI Act 2013 to demand the reasons behind the delay in the recruitment process, the number of candidates per seat they intend to call for interview, the names of members of recruitment committee etc. It would be better if more people accompany me by sending similar requests to them. Also, involving Ehtisab Commission KP is the need of the hour, as that is the only institution they cannot tackle easily. So to apprise DG Ehtisab Commission Lt. Col. Hamid Khan of the situation, we should write to him too.
