Well brother, either I am a humongous illiterate, or you just refuse to accept what is right in front of you. I did prove you wrong in many cases, like they did not gave any weight-age to NTS score, higher education & experience, where you claimed that they did. To you KPESE & LCB merit seemed the same, which kind a questions me.
On the point where you said you got shortlisted without any reference, well they had to call someone right, and you are not the only one shortlisted there were others on this forum which got their interview letters, but after once the interview date was over, but it was their shear luck that the interview was cancelled.
You can take a stand any side which seems just to you. Personally I think LGE&RDD department is full of corruption they have a long history of nepotism & corruption. I have never seen such hiring practices, test was conducted 1.5 years ago, and they haven't yet shortlisted nor called anyone for interview, where in world such things are practiced, there is something fishy going on in this whole dept. LCB on the other hand is even more corrupt the LGE&RDD you can even ask anyone at LCB office and they will tell you.
Anyways best of luck from my side to you brother
Masha ALLAH you are already on a good job, and soon to be promoted to BPS 18, it is beyond my understanding that why would you go for just a low cadre job, and that too which doesn't utilizes the master degree you possess.

Ok brother i am wrong and i accept it rather i want to stand with those who are right and am ready for any sort of sacrifice. And yes i am having a good job and am not even interested in LCB as i am going to be promoted to BS-18. Similarly, my CSS result is awaited & i am hopeful that this time i will have the day Insha Allah. And thanks for your well wishes. I am sorry if i hurt you or any one else aggrieved. the discussion was just for the sake of clarity and information on my side hence, no one should be annoyed.

They had framed the formula to choose their blue eyed candidates but unfortunately some other candidates also came in the ambit of that formula so they decided to call all the candidates for interview. As the aggregates of the called candidates differed in decimals only so it was not a big deal to bless the favorite ones in interviews.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
All the aggrieved candidates of LCB, finally the date for hearing of our writ petition titled 'Fahim Ullah Khan vs Chief secretary" have been fixed for tomorrow 08/07/2015 at Peshawar High Court before the Honorable bench of Mr. Justice Nisar Hussain Khan and Justice Mrs. Irshad Qaiser, motion no.17.
Your presence at the court premises will definitely leave an impact upon the LCB junta

I personally visited the honrable court for the said hearing but Fahim Ullah's case was not of the nature to relieve the candidates as it was regarding the appointment of Fahim Ullah in Mardan district in BS-11(Supervisor), on nepotism. The other claimant was of the view that Fahim Ullah is wrongly appointed as the post in LCB of BS-11 was meant for district mardan's candidate and Fahim Ullah is from Distt. Peshawar. Besides, the post to be filled was abolished in mardan & now Fahim is transferred to Peshawar. The court has ordered LCB to provide in written that the post of BS-11 on which Fahim Ullah was appointed is of Zonal Nature contrary to District quota. Next week is the date given.

Hence,
My dear friends some people on this forum are just playing with the feelings of the aggrieved and just misguiding the candidates on their wrong assumptions.

Can any one tell that the case regarding BS-17 (LCB admin cadre) and its shortlisting is filed and what are the updates in the case. i think no one has filed a petition in this regard. And the case of Fahim Ullah Vs Chief secretary was regarding BS-11 and an appointment case in which the so said Fahim Ullah is guilty and his appointment is challenged.

Dear Manager you r right but today there is two cases namely Fahimullah Vs Chief Secretary one from Mardan who is aggrieved due to quota system of zonal allocation in BPS-11. But there is also an another case hearing under the same title i.e. Fahimullah Vs Chief Secretary. The honorable court issued them notices to clear position in this case.

It is an irony with all of us as a nation that we become judgmental before knowing the reality. I have filed the writ petition and today was the first hearing at PHC, in which the Respondents/LCB have been issued notices to submit their comments. Mr.Manager, I am Fahim Ullah Khan and I have challenged the recruitment formula of LCB for the posts of Administrative cadre BPS-17. Please do not disseminate disinformation
And the title of the case is "Fahim Ullah Khan etc vs Chief Secretary etc". I appreciate your move of attending the court today and there was another case today as well against the LCB in which, another unfortunate candidate named Fahim was the petitioner.
