The date of hearing was fixed on 8th of September (tomorrow), 2015 by the registrar PHC and Our lawyer received the subpoena of the above mentioned date. Yet, the things do not seem to go in our favor for now. The cause lists for tomorrow have been uploaded on the official website of Peshawar High Court and the LCB's case is missing in it. Either our case have been dropped for tomorrow or It has been overlooked. So, I am going to make sure my presence at PHC and hoping to find it on tomorrow's list. In case, we do not hear it tomorrow please don't blame me for that. I have tried my best to make it happen as soon as possible but the overall system of administration remains flawed and imperfect. Keep your fingers crossed

LCB's case have been deleted at eleventh hour from the cause list of Peshawar High Court. I personally visited the High court Cause list branch, where I was told that some female have filed another petition regarding the same matter. So, It has been dropped for today and another date would be fixed for hearing. The LCB have been asked to submit replies and comments on next date. Grasp the nettle buddies
