22 PUGF Officers from Admin Cadre have been promoted from BPS-17 to BPS-18 after 8 year serving in BPS-17, Now the number of seats in our case will be definitely increased as per desired by Political Elites.

Moreover the case is still hanged on the threshold of PHC, the Honorable Court have given us three dates but at the eleventh hour of the date our case failed to stand in cause list.So the next date is expected in few weeks.

as for as the case is concerned i was informed by p.a to sect l.g that the case is decided in favour of the department but the case is useless because these posts confront the legal time limit as these were advertised about two years from now.so now these are to be re-advertised with different number of seats and either through etea or kppsc. furthermore, he told me two meeting have been held and most probably the final meeting to take a decision will be conducted in near future.

Yes i think you are right, it was illogical to announce it via NTS as these were pure departmental posts. Also etea is not in capacity to hold BS-17 test, so expect it via KPPSc...
