Yes dear you are eligible. Send application form to PSc. After qualifying for interview commission will ask you about age relaxation. Then you will get age relaxation for one day from the department concerned

i doesn't belongs to backward area so what would be my reason for age relaxation?????

It has nothing to do with the area, your age relaxation will be deemed as a special case.....
