Marks just for shortlisting then selection on the basis of interview, candidates having lower marks selected rather than those have highest marks..

The formula goes like this:
30% Academic,
60% Interview.
10% distinction/hafiz Quran/higher degree et al.
The Screening Test is for the purpose of shortlisting only as the other respected member apprised you.

Brother I have some more queries:
1.I have done electronic engineering,will I be entitled to ten percent bonus marks?
2.How many people will be there in interview panel?
3.What will be the language of interview?
4.will engineering degree be a negative point as it is less related to management?

I also applied for this post but i think i didn't shortlisted while my i obtained 72% marks in master and 62% marks in Bachelor and have more than two years experience

1. No! if you've done BE or BSc Engineering, if you've done MS even then you won't be able to get those marks but two.
2. Two or may be three.
3. A mixture of English and Urdu. They might ask you sth in Pushto too.
4. Ideal degree for such posts is MA (English) but if you're competent enough then any degree is fine😋.
