hope i am right i randomly search roll no. of my zone-5 and they are mostly below 45 hardly i find 6 to 7 rol no. with 47, 49, 50 plus marks.. i think cutt off for our zone may be 45 to above..... as i also gain 47 :P

The source is my own findings.i had searched all the roll numbers from 1 till the last and I found the above mentioned statistics.
