Q5) The History of the Independence Movement in the 20th century is replete with examples that where the local population gets fully committed to the struggle to free themselves from the foreign occupation, no power on earth can keep them in servitude". In the light of the statement analyze the Kashmiri's struggle for Independence from the Indian Occupation.

Q10) Devolution of powers of the Centre to the Local Govt. Institutions and giving them full financial autonomy in local projects in Pakistan is the only way to bring results of the development process to the door-steps of the common man. Discuss.
