Being student of Public Management Sciences I weigh the value of appreciation / feedback and performance appraisal. This is one of the effective tools of best management to ensure efficiency and bring motivation along with check and balance. Performance appraisal (Performance Management System PMS) has been an effective tool for organizing, directing and controlling.

Its my pleasure to receive feedback in terms of medal of appreciation. My heartiest congratulations to those members who have been awarded with this honor. This activity is highly appreciated and credit goes to our mods.

Since contributing in this worthy forum was cause of self-satisfaction for me, it was not our (atleast mine) objective to achieve any medal or label and I never appealed for such appreciation or wished for becoming staff member or mod.

Hope to see our rest of the members coming with sound contribution and surpassing our targets. Praying for conducive learning environment in this forum. Knowledge is the only wealth which increases and improves by sharing.

I am reticent sort of person, who opens his lips when is needed.

Well my contribution in this forum is sheer for myself. I go through the entire material i post and during editing and finding things , the material becomes the part of my memory ............this is the biggest medal for me l

At the same time my posts are for all aspirants. There is little for every one in them
